08/22/1971, Vicki Vance was born to Jackie & Miles Vance in Ludendorff, North Yankton, on August 22nd, 1971. Vic was raised in a run—down trailer park by both of her parents. Both were employed, but they were by no means good jobs as both had quite the criminal record. Barely being able to afford their next meal, much less bills or gifts for Christmas & birthdays. Vicki wasn’t even 12 yet when her parents came to the realization that they had a penchant for pickpocketing, having stolen a $20 from an older gentleman visiting family. It was agreed later on that they’d split it 20/80 if she helped. They had a plan. It was simple. Her parents would approach a somewhat older couple with a story. Their car broke down. Their daughter was inside, freezing. The couple would more than likely agree. As they were distracted, Vicki would sneak by, inside their car or sneaking up behind them. It worked for quite a while until she was caught, the man having proceeded to throw her into a nearby lake. When she was seventeen, she met a girl a couple years older than her called Amanda. The two became friends quickly, practically attached at the hip. Vicki stayed with her & her family a lot of the time & even worked as strippers in a club that Amanda’s mother opened a couple years later. This is how they met Michael Townley, Thing One, & Thing Two. Amanda “stole” Michael from her, but she did seem keen on “the reject” after a couple drinks. In 2004, Vicki would assist the three in robbing the Bobcat Security Depot in Ludendorff. Little did they each know, two of three were plotting to fuck the others over. Michael made a covert deal with corrupt FIB agent Dave Norton to sell out the crew, fake his death, & walk out a free man while Norton got the publicity. Vic had overheard this & contacted Norton herself, striking a deal as well. He gets publicity for double. She & Michael fake their deaths, Brad dying in the process as well. She paid extra for her to be moved in the same city as Michael, having a plan in the back of her head for when the two ‘accidentally’ bump into each other. She now lives in Northern Vinewood, causing extra trouble for the LSPD than she did for the LPD. Her penthouse overlooks most of Los Santos, including the De Santa’s home... Only when a familiar face returns did she have contestants for the LSPD’s most wanted.
